A journeyman Steamfitter/Pipefitter by trade, Brian brings over 35 years of industrial construction, maintenance and small capital projects as both a field supervisors and HSE Supervisor and Manager.

Brian specializes in supervisor training, HSE field coordination and leadership and work face planning

Respect in the Workplace training and as an overall coach to field supervisors and craft.

Dean Herchak, NCSO

In addition to Journeyman Carpenter status, Dean has 20 years of Field Safety and Leadership experience in Large and small capital construction projects.

Dean is a specialist in Excavation/Trenching, Fall Protection, Elevated Work Platform, data management and reporting.

He has strong experience in planning and executing training and field coaching.

Duncan Smith, NCSO

A Journeyman Structural Ironworker, Duncan has over 25 year of construction experience working as both a strong skilled tradesman and as an HSE professional for the last 15 years.

Duncan has worked on large industrial projects as well as Maintenance and fabrication projects.

Duncan's specialties include Heavy Rigging, Crane mob and demobilization and heavy lift planning. He is also a certified Fall Protection trainer and Rigging Trainer.

Kevin Millar, NCSO

Kevin brings his strong industry experience as both an HSE professional and as a Journeyman Structural Ironworker. Kevin has substantial field leadership experience and has trained multiple Safety coordinators.

With almost 30 years in Industrial, commercial, maintenance and fabrication, Kevin is a consummate professional and a benefit to any project.

Kevin specializes in Heavy Lift planning, Fall Protection systems and is a certified Rigging Trainer.

Duane Morin, NCSO

Duane Morin, a Journeyman Scaffolder brings over 25 years of field construction and HSE leadership to our team. He has significant experience as a Field Coordinator and HSE Manager on multiple projects in the Industrial and Maintenance sector.

Duane is a highly skilled, capable HSE professional that has a diverse range of skills to include the management of ISNET for his teams.

Duane specializes in the development and planning of complex Scaffold builds for shut downs, turnarounds and both large and small projects.
